As all signs are custom-made, for non account customers we require 50% deposit on all orders (balance on completion).
We can work with most file formats created by Mac or PC. Our preferred file formats are .ai (Illustrator), .eps, .pdf (acrobat), .jpg and .psd (Photoshop). MS Publisher is not preferred because it does not have good export support, but we can use it. If you use Corel Draw!, we would ask that you export your work to one of the formats above. Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our design engineers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.
We can provide a close match to most colours since we have the latest printing technology. It is important to realise the a CMYK or RGB colour does not specify an actual colour, just the makeup of the colour, which will display differently on different media and printing equipment. We can match a colour from a supplied sample in most cases, but we prefer to have a PMS (Pantone Matching System) number because this specifies colour in an industry standard manner.
Each Council has its own regulations. You need to check. We can assist your application with digital photos of your sign superimposed on your building with dimensions, material used, installation procedures, etc
Most vehicles can be lettered in one business day. Vehicle wraps will often take 2 days.
Yes, we can deliver your signs.
Yes. We can customize them, or sell you pre fabricated, travel booths. We also have a full range of pull up banners, and materials for placing graphics on booth walls.

After receiving your 50% deposit,
your job is in the production queue. Within 2 days we email your artwork layout
proof. This is your opportunity to make any changes. After receiving your approval on the
proof, it generally takes 7-10 work days to completion. If you have special timing needs, let us know and we will advise if we can meet your deadline.
